2.   Kindly fill & print out the Visa application form   CLICK HERE   for each per person.  

3.   Send your original passport; and your green card if you are not a citizen.  

4. Ensure your passports are valid at least until March 2020.  

5. (4) photos with white background – Must write your name in the back.  

6. Marriage Certificate for ladies In case you are traveling with your spouse.  

7. Meningitis Vaccination Certificate.
